I’m a seasoned consultant and former enterprise leader with nearly 30 years of experience helping organizations navigate complex change, modernize operations, and deliver large-scale initiatives successfully. My background spans technology, business operations, quality, and change management, allowing me to step in quickly, assess what’s working (and what isn’t), and help leaders move forward with confidence.
Most recently, I advised and led enterprise programs for the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue, supporting executive leadership on statewide technology implementations, organizational redesigns, and process modernization. This work included a nationally award-winning postal mail modernization initiative and the deployment of multimillion-dollar tax systems impacting millions of citizens. I’m often brought in when initiatives are high-risk, highly visible, or stalled situations where clear structure, honest communication, and steady leadership matter most.
Earlier in my career, I served in senior project, CRM, and quality leadership roles at American Education Services/PHEAA, where I directed multimillion-dollar CRM implementations, built QA and reporting frameworks, and bridged gaps between technical teams, business stakeholders, and executives. Because I’ve worked my way up through technical, operational, and leadership roles, I bring a practical, no-nonsense approach to consulting—grounded in real-world experience, not theory.
As a consultant, my focus is simple: help organizations make informed decisions, execute effectively, and leave behind stronger processes, clearer accountability, and teams that are better equipped to succeed. I’m comfortable serving as an advisor, interim leader, or hands-on partner—wherever I can add the most value.
Outside of consulting, I’m active in my community through youth sports and leadership roles, and I recharge by spending time outdoors and on the golf course! These experiences keep my perspective grounded and reinforce the collaborative, people-first approach I bring to every engagement.
